Pass Policies
General waivers and separate waivers for specific activities (especially for children under 18 years of age) must be signed at the time of pass purchase or activity registration. This is essential to ensure the safety and understanding of all participants involved. The Golf and Recreation staff reserve the right to cancel your pass or greens fee without a refund if the policies or procedures are not followed in accordance with the City of Aspen, Golf, and Recreation Departments' policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
Pass types are capped to ensure tee time availability for all players. Preferred tee times are subject to demand and the specific type of pass purchased. Please note that all pass sales are final and non-refundable.
Tee Times
The Aspen Golf Club reserves two-thirds of all tee times exclusively for pass holders, ensuring they have priority access. The remaining one-third of tee times is set aside for the general public, providing opportunities for all golfers to enjoy the course. If any tee times, whether reserved for pass holders or the public, go unused, they become available for reservation by anyone on the day of play. Should you need any assistance or have questions, please don’t hesitate to call our golf shop for support.
Helpful Information:
Should a passholder choose to reserve a public tee time in advance, they will be required to pay the full general public rate without any discounts or reductions.
Failure to cancel or adjust the number of players in your group at least 7 hours in advance will result in penalty fees being applied. Please be sure to adjust your online reservation in a timely manner to avoid any additional charges.
