Open Positions

Hiring Range: $25 - $29
• Must be able lead a fun and professional team!
• Oversees and sets expectations and protocol for all Golf Shop staff of the Aspen Golf Club under the direction of the Golf Professional staff.
• Responsible for all scheduling and management of the Golf Pro Shop Team.
• Manages the daily operations of all Golf Shop staff and ensures a fun and professional work environment is maintained.
• Assists the Golf Professional staff will all duties including, but not limited to retail management, POS systems, tournaments, tee time management, policy enforcement, and other related Golf Shop duties.
Candidates must:
o Have strong experience in a leadership role.
o Be a team player and able to work with their staff in the field.
o General golf knowledge and understanding of golf operations.
o Willingness to learn and listen to others.
o Engaging and approachable personality.
o Able to problem solve independently.
Minimum of 40 hours per week (must be able to work holidays and weekends)

Hiring Range: $21 - $24 + (gratuity opportunities)
• Must be able lead a fun and energetic team!
• Oversees and sets expectations and protocol for all outdoor guest services staff of the Aspen Golf Club.
• Responsible for all scheduling and management of the Golf Guest Services Team.
Manages the daily arrangement and organization of all outside services including welcoming and starting groups and resolving issues in a respectful and dignified manner.
Candidates must:
o Have strong experience in a leadership role.
o Be a team player and able to work with their staff in the field.
o General golf knowledge and understanding of golf operations.
o Willingness to learn and listen to others.
o Engaging and approachable personality.
o Able to problem solve independently.
Minimum of 40 hours per week (must be able to work holidays and weekends)

Hiring Range: $19 - $23
• Must be able to be a part of a fun and professional team!
Strong skills and/or experience with:
o Customer Service
o Cash handling and sales
o Retail
o POS and other computer systems
o Phone call assistance
Daily guest assistance with:
o Reservations and retail sales
o Assisting with inventory management
o Information assistance regarding golf instruction, golf leagues, tournaments, general policies, and rules.
• Preferred candidates should have experience working in retail or golf environments.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week (must be able to work holidays and weekends)

Hiring Range: $19 - $21 + (gratuity opportunities)
• Must be self-motivated and be able to be part of a fun and energetic team!
• Welcome and assist all visitors of the Aspen Golf Club in a professional manner.
• Offer genuine and professional assistance to every guests before and after each round.
• Independently arrange and organize golf cart staging and driving range areas in a timely and professional manner.
• Able to wash safely and professionally, detail, stage, and charge all golf carts daily.
• Able to safely and professionally pickup, wash, detail, and stage range balls daily.
• Preferred candidates will have basic golf knowledge and understanding of golf operations.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week (must be able to work holidays and weekends)

Preferred candidates should have experience working in landscaping or golf environments.
